Vacuum is used throughout all bottling processes, in order to remove air bubbles, while at the same time it helps speeding-up the filling process of the bottles.
The most appropriate type of pump for this case is the liquid ring vacuum pump, as it performs better when sucked gas has high humidity and contains liquids.
